Fall is a great time of year what with the leaves changing it lends itself to romance. Fall can also be a great time to change up your dating routine. Whether you have been dating the same person for some time or you are going on a first date with someone, Halloween is the perfect time to have some dating fun! Halloween is one of the highlights of the fall, so this Halloween you need to take advantage of all of the great ideas that are out there just waiting for you to take advantage of them!

Pumpkins!
Pumpkins are the trademark of the fall season and the jack-o-lantern is associated with Halloween. If you want to have a Halloween themed date you could go pumpkin shopping together, each of you picking out a pumpkin or two that you really like. Then, take the pumpkins back to your place and carve them together. You could carve them one at a time or you can have a little friendly competition! This is something that will bring the two of you together while doing something that is Halloween inspired!

Get Haunted!
Make plans to visit two or three of the haunted houses in and around your area. You will probably find that there are more of them than you had ever thought possible. You can visit two of three of them in one night or break them up over weekends. The scariness will have you gripping one another in fear and fun and will be a shared experience that will be with you through the ages. You can stay in your local area or branch out a bit and go on a little haunted house road trip to the towns around your area that host well known haunted houses.

Get Lost!
The corn maze is a great way to date during the fall season. There are a lot of corn mazes, at least more than you might think that there are. If there are pumpkin patches in your area and hay rides, chances are there is a corn maze or two in your area. Go together, have fun, and enjoy the walk. You may find that you are closer together when you get out of the maze than you were at the beginning! This can be a great way to break the ice on a first date because you will have to solve the maze together!

Party!
Host a costume party together and invite all of your friends. You can have a themed party or just have everyone wear their favorite costume. What better way to spend Halloween than surrounded by your friends as well as your love interest? A party is always a good idea and will make for a great date night, too!
